    Pretty horrible place to eat. I always go to five guys usually in different states because I travel for work and this is the only bad five guys I've been to. My order was the same as usual bacon cheeseburger with hot sauce mustard and grilled onions. What I got was a SINGLE Patty instead of two drenched in a rediculious amount of hot sauce on a bun that was as hard as cardboard. Then I watched as one of the employees dumped Cajun seasoning in the bag of another client(not how it's done). Enough Cajun seasoning to season every fry in that building. Not a friendly environment. The only good thing about this five guys was the extremely polite gentleman in glasses who helped take my order. Very polite and respectful. I would love to leave 0 stars if I could but at least the one star can represent the only employee there worth anything. Hope he gets a promotion to manager so he can clean that place up. Truly the worst five guys in history.

    Food has consistently been delicious when we go, but the service is above and beyond. We took our party of six and the staff was so sweet to our kids and went out of their way to accommodate us. Never been treated that well in a chain restaurant.

    I ordered 2 large fries and 5 burgers. So these fries had so much salt that I couldn't even eat them. Neither could my family. So I went back and they gave me some fries. I guess the person that helped me out didn't even tell anybody because I was waiting for fries for 5 minutes before somebody ordered a remake of fries so I thought it was mine and they said no that it's not mine. Alright, great. So after waiting about 2 more minutes somebody comes and asks me what size and how many. While i was there another customer complained about the salty fries. When i went back home I realized that my burger didn't have any bacon. I just wanted to return all the food. The "manager" said he could give me a free meal. Why would I go back when they didn't get the order right? And they're attitude was horrible.

    1st time at Five Guys and the service was incredible. The young man at the front register was very helpful and gave us a general run down of the menu. We will definitely be back.
